I highly recommend engaging the services of Mr Mosini should you find yourself living in Italy or even spending part of your time here. He has been indispensable to me in dealing with the Italian bureaucracy when it comes to home purchases, home renovations, car purchase, banking, insurance etc. He and I have been working together now for almost ten years. He is also well connected so if he can’t figure it out, he knows someone who can. He introduced me to my mortgage broker and even the wonderful woman who made the drapes for my new house.
